What countries/cities is in the Caribbean offer a good mix of scuba diving and nightlife at an affordable price? Preferably I’m looking for some place that has great deals for off-season travel but that does not turn into a ghost town in the off-season?

      For scuab diving check out wwwfrommerscom and american very lively all year round the states still easy to from most cities in the states if you considered puerto rico wwwroughguidecom wwwvisitthecoquicom.
      For puerto rico very colorful island culture and american very lively all.

      I went to Grand Cayman There is a great partying/dive hotel.
      You can dive all day and party all night!

      Have heard that the diving in Cozumel is really nice. Also Turks and Caicos, tho not much else to do there.
