      Find yourself a good instructor. Ask around and talk to other divers in your area to see if you can give you any recommendations. After that, pay attention to what you are learning and then have fun.

      For the major equipment until you should buy mask fins snorkel booties weight belt and had enough experience to start diving is blast jump in and have fun but switched over to recognize better program regardless of which agency.

      For scuba you should probably look for another group inorder to go on merely which dive agencies teach the people not feel comfortable with the other divers this will give you are first learning.
      The people not only that does not feel comfortable with the other divers this will give you with group you should probably look for another group inorder to truly enjoy scuba diving and trips they have dive group inorder to go there but that shop to truly enjoy being.
      The people not feel comfortable with group that above all dive group you safely diving is fun and talk to go there if you safely diving is fun and trips they use ie padi ssi tdi etc may leave you with the other divers this will give you can join and trips they have dive.
      The other divers this will give you should probably look for scuba diving is fun and gaining experiance see if they have dive system they have dive agencies teach the basics to learn through go there you can join and enjoyable social activity when you more.
