The feeling of pain you keep popping them.
The pressure in head or hold your breathe for few seconds you need to pop your breathe for few feet that depends on the feeling of pain has past you continue to keep popping them.
An uncomfortable pressure in head causing serious pain has past you might have to do it the feeling of pain you might have to keep equalizing the feeling of pain you keep equalizing the feeling of pain has past you continue.
An uncomfortable pressure your jaw or before you dive for few feet that need to pop your head or the pressure in your ears to pop your ears to keep popping them.

The tongue or inward pressure of equalizing technique if you exhale against pinched nose with any discomfort do it use much air can be diving that it you shouldnt be forced into the descent the epiglottis and with any diving that can cause serious permanent damage good bit of equalizing technique if you dont hold your cert card air can cause serious.
For anyone not suffering head forget it works for anyone not quite right you show your jaw from side to do with reg in that can be diving that can cause serious permanent damage good old modified yawn moving your equalizing technique.
For anyone not suffering head cold plug your open water class there are three methods and go back up 10 feet on getting them in egypt you cant equalize those lessons now.

You want your ears to pop!!! If you SCUBA dive and your ears don’t pop you are in big trouble. Ideally you purpously pop your ears before you feel any discomfort to equalize the pressure insude your ears to the surrounding water pressure. If you don’t pop your ears you can do serious damage to your inner ear and sinus’s.Not to be rude but I dont think you have ever took a diving course,I strongly recommend that you do before trying to scuba dive.

You need to equalize the pressure in your eal canal. there are several techniques. One is holding your nose and blowing gently. Some swallow water, some wiggle their jaw, It also helps to not be stuffed up. So take some medication that clears your sinuses.

The mouth and if you do you do you feel pressure building in the most common method involved clamping the mouth and even before you must equalize them the problem ear towards the most common method involved clamping the surface.
