How do you remove a diving board for the winter on an inground pool?

I have an in ground pool and I am starting to winterize it BY MYSELF! One of the sites said to remove the diving board another said to cover it. I don’t want to buy a cover so how do I remove it?

      The bolts and take off the bottom of the bottom of the two long bolts at.
