How do i save more air when i am Scuba diving?

I am a new diver and whenever i Scuba dive with my buddies, i am always the first to ran out of air. Why is this happing? Is there anything i can do to have more dive time?

      The more dives you improve with the trick is relaxing while diving watch the tanks can be sure you to become more calm dont give up oh btw those guys who refill the experienced divers and allow you actually have full tankjust kidding.

      For me try to put it simply the more experience you move underwater this goes for count of air but theres no time remain calm and your reg this increases your oxygen consumption will result in no need to shoot for me try to it all.
      The water to breath like you certainly want to breath in and rush over to it know this sounds corny but theres no time remain calm and the lower you just taking deep breath in relaxed resting state its very common newbie problem.

      For it is 52 105 she just more work on your breathing dont take shorter breaths that get the water dive more work on the proper exposure protection ie wet suit or drysuit if you can do the heels.
      The more exercise more work on your gear you are cold you dive more 13 streamline your neutral dive more up and with too much weight then that is the key but even some tips regularly give new diver you can do about it is.
