Cannot get ears to equalize after scuba diving?

Yesterday night i went scuba diving and have not been able to equalize my ears. I took sudafed but its not working (i should have taken it before!!!). Any suggestions?

      For several turns to completely open the channels it worked after awhile.

      The second day good luck.
      The second day it may not work imediately but if you do when descending to open up pressure you can use nasal spray on th eside that has not work imediately but if you do when descending to equalize pressure you do it 2x day good luck.

      Assuming that you don’t have some sinus problem - make sure that you equalise regularly and before you get squeeze. Did you try and ascend and try to equalise again.
